Once your return has been submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically and emailed to you. Please follow the steps below:
- Securely pack your items. Use the original packaging where possible.
- Write your order number clearly on the outside of the package and affix the prepaid shipping label provided.
- Drop off your package within 30 days at your nearest designated carrier location.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- A prepaid shipping label is provided, please do not use your own shipping label. Using a personal label may result in delays or loss of your return.
